Fishery Information Bury Hill is far from your regular day ticket fishery. Famous since the 1960s when it was frequented by some of Britain's leading anglers, the fishery has since those heady days matured into a truly magnificent all-year fishery catering for everyone. Whether you want to catch pedigree big English Carp, specimen Bream and Tench, double-figure Zander or 30 lb Pike, you'll find it all on offer at Old Bury Hill. How to get there. Bury Hill Fisheries is approximately 20 miles from Central London travelling south on the A24, and approximately 7 miles from junction 9 on the M25 and 8 miles from junction 8. As you enter Dorking, follow the signs for the A25 signposted Guildford. As you leave Dorking on the A25 you will find the fishery approximately 1 mile on the left. There is a large brown tourist sign on the right pointing left, however please be aware that trees do obscure the sign during the summer months.
